Lillan (Lilla Strandbyggnaden, “small beach building”). originating from the early 1800th century at the shore of the Finnish Archipelago Sea. Its lovely interior has all the modern conveniences, renovated appreciating Lillan’s history.

Lillan is a true beauty in all seasons. Summer is the most booked time but all the other seasons of the year are worth experiencing as well!

When entering Lillan you come to the entrance hall (more detailed info in category: Entrance hall.)
The kitchen is supplied with a fridgerator/freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Small table and all the kitchen accessories help you to cook anything from the simplest snack to the haute cuisine. There is tableware up to ten persons. More info in category: Kitchen.
Lovely bedroom is in the first floor, bed width 140cm (two persons’ bed). Three roomy wardrobes give a good place to store clothes. Wonderful view to Lillan garden, fresh and light. Cradle option. More info in category: First Bedroom Downstairs.
In the living room the old beam walls create extraordinary atmosphere. A fireplace gives cozy warmth and with a piano you can play tunes to match a feeling. Books to read, games to play. Lovely leather sofa and a dining table up to ten persons guarantee great frames for your stay. More info in category: Livingroom.
Second bedroom, lovely whiter room full of light, has two bunk beds (approx. size 60x180cm) and a wonderful sea view from the window high on the wall. The room fits even up to three beds. Behind the mirror slide door there is a washing machine. More info in category: Second Bedroom Downstairs.
Bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. Bath towels and facial towels usage include in the rent.
Steep staircase leads upstairs from the entrance hall. First, there comes a bedroom with two adjustable beds (80×130/190cm). The room used to be children’s room so it has toys, books, chalk boards etc children to play with. More info in category: Bedroom Upstairs.
The master bedroom of the Lillan has an amazing sea view and an airy and light interior even its ceiling hight is not full. Bed for one or two and a small, fiery fireplace to bring almost instant warmth. More info in category: Master Bedroom.

You can reach Lillan by car, bus or a boat. (Or a helicopter.) There is one car parking space nominated for Lillan, several other very close by. Nearest bus station is 300 meters from Lillan and all the services can be reached by foot so actually you do not need a car to stay at Lillan if you don’t want to. You can also reach Lillan by boat; it has its own berth approx. 600 meters from the house. Please inform the need of the berth beforehand, so you’ll be opened the wharf door as you beach (since it is normally locked). You even have a possibility to hire a rowing boat to explore nearby waters, to go fishing a bit further or just enjoy the sea from a bit different angle.
There are all the basic services at the Dalsbruk, in addition to the explicit historic places and the various beaches and beautiful nature to visit. Grocery and other stores, coffee houses, market place (open at Wednesdays and Saturdays), restaurants, drug store and a liquor store in the near vicinity of Lillan. I’ve also written of my favourite dining places a recommendation list. You can also order fresh local delicacies delivered straight to Lillan or even have the fridge full of food according to your wishes when you arrive.
An excellent beach, Sandudden, also suitable for younger children, for swimming and sun bathing, is 600 meters from Lillan along the beach road. Smaller beach with sand and cliffs, the Lillviken, is a bit further the same road.
