Loving getting Feedback

My dear Lillaneers are sweet and give a lot of feedback of their stay. It is always wonderful to read how well all has gone but also the improvement ideas are read thoroughly, since I’m striving to improve my service, all the time, all the ways.

I try to keep it up-to-date with the feedback given but sometimes it takes a bit time before I can update it. Don’t let that bother you – just keep on giving me feedback. I definitely read everyone of them and let their influence sink on me. Either to give that lovely warm feeling in my heart or to storm into action by a great idea. Nevertheless:

Dreams Coming True

I always encourage Lillaneers to tell their ideas, wishes and ideas how to develope Lillan and its services even better.

The brand new potato brush placed in the basin closet.
During the last weeks I’ve had requests from a potato brush to sunnier weather. Some of the wishes are easily fulfilled and I do my best even to negotiate with the weather guys.

My highest hope is that your stay at Lillan is pleasant. That you and your loved ones truly enjoy.

I appreciate any wishes and development ideas you have and give. Thank you for helping me to make things even more perfect at Lillan!

There have already been done a lot of changes and improvements according to the greetings I’ve got. Take the dining table, for instance. I made it from an old door to fit Lillan style but the idea to get a larger table came from a lovely Lillaneer.

Some of the wishes I can fulfill (almost) instantly, others take a bit more time. But rest assured, they are all taken into consideration and will come to my to do -list.

An idyllic vacation place, she wrote

I had a lovely family as guests at Lillan some weekend ago.

Kiitos, oli kiva kokemus!
(Thank you, it was a nice experience!)

Wrote the mother of the family to me as they were driving back home.

But what a blog post she wrote after their stay! Wow, they really had enjoyed full. Both Lillan and all the wonderful things to do, see and enjoy here.

They had admired the smell of ancient girders at Lillan and indulged sunny breakfast at the terrace, enjoying flowers and the sun glimmering sea.

The family had eaten at Portside, one of the restaurants I recommended on a post some days ago. The children had enjoyed fullest the Kasnäs beach, Rosala viking centre and the ferry trips there and back.

The family had even tried canoeing at the nearby lake, given the keys and coordinates for the canoes by lovely and lively Maria Pick at the Rosala Handelsbod quite neighbour to Lillan.
At the end of her blog the mother writes:

Ehdottomasti joskus uudestaan. Kiitos Lillan ja aurinkoinen Kemiönsaari!
(Definitely worth visiting again. Thank you Lillan and sunny Kimito Islands!)

Guest feedback

Easter is over and easter guests have left Lillan. But listen how wonderful feedback Lillan got:

“..meillä oli aivan ihanaa! Upea talo, ihana piha, kiva kylä. Harmillisen kylmää oli mutta sehän on pukeutumiskysymys. Olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä lomaan. ..ihana paikka ja haaveilen jo palaavani joku päivä ja suosittelen muillekin.”

Loosely translated: “we had just marvellous time! Amazing house, wonderful garden, nice village. Annoyingly cold but that’s only matter of proper clothing. We are very pleased with vacation. Lovely place and I’m already dreaming of return and I do recommend others as well.”

I’m so happy to get this kind of a feedback! It gives me sense of being on a right track since I want Lillan guests, Lillaneers, to really, wholeheartedly, enjoy their vacation at Lillan. And to return ❤

PS. The coldness mentioned was outside Lillan – there came snow even though at this time of year spring should already be quite warm. In Lillan they had nice, warm and cozy. Guests had even used fireplaces to indulge themselves.
